Looking for Co-Founder(s): DokDok Job
This job posting is no longer active
Introduction to DokDok
DokDok makes email the best way to share files. When you open a message with an attachment, DokDok tells you which version is attached, what is the latest version available and whether your copy is the latest one. It fixes the mess of email attachments without replacing email.
What I'm looking for
DokDok is entering the initial beta phase and I'm looking for top-notch developers to join and help tackle the exciting challenges ahead. More specifically, I'm looking for experienced PHP programmers that know they're way around a Linux server and have experience working with distributed databases and messaging protocols.
Introduction to myself
I'm Bruno Morency, founder of DokDok. Four years studying electrical engineer taught me one important thing: building web apps is exciting ... and it wasn't even part of the curriculum. I started my first business after I graduated in 2001 building a knowledge management web application which I sold about 2 years later. I then spent a few years working in small businesses doing product development, sales and marketing. Growing increasingly frustrated of not finding a decent document management system that wasn't forcing me to stop using email, I spent the last year building one: DokDok.
